Rental general condition
To help you organise your stay and choose your apartment, our Booking Centre is located on site. Each hostess will explain and describe the characteristics of our apartments to you.
Arrivals-Departures
On ‘Change Over’ day (usually Saturday), the apartments must be vacated before 10 am and will be available for the following clients at 4 pm.
Between 10 am and 4 pm we rigorously check and tidy the apartments for the newcomers. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, the receptionist at each residence will be able to inform you of apartment availability.
While waiting for your apartment, we suggest you take advantage of this time to organise your ski hire, ski lift passes, ski lessons….
Upon receiving your apartment keys you will be given an ‘Arrival Pack’.
This includes:
- The inventory of the apartment, which must be completed within 48 hours
- Ski hire reduction vouchers
- Information about the residence and resort
